Meet Mike Secord

For over two decades, I lived and led inside one of the most competitive industries in the world — real estate.

I started as a top-producing agent, earned my Broker’s License, led award-winning teams at Keller Williams and Century 21, partnered with industry leaders to expand their brands, and served as Vice President of Sales & Broker at Arterra Realty, where I helped increase sales volume by 37% and listings by 44% in one year.

On the outside, everything looked great.
On the inside, I was exhausted, anxious, and overwhelmed — constantly trying to keep up the pace and maintain the image of someone who “had it all together.”

I was winning… but not fulfilled.
Achieving… but not aligned.
Strong… but not at peace.

That tension became the turning point that led to my breakthrough.

In 2019, I stopped pretending, confronted the mask of success I had been wearing, and rebuilt my leadership from the inside out. I learned a truth I teach every client today: Success without fulfillment isn’t success — it’s silent burnout.

Off the stage, I’m a husband and dad.
My wife and I married in 1998, and together we’ve built a family I’m incredibly proud of. Our daughter is now a college graduate, and our son is in high school.
